Care is taken in preparing your purchases for shipping. Whever possible, we use the appropriate Australia Post Postpack product to protect your item.
Accidents do happen and, if an item is damaged in shipping, we will gladly send a replacement item wherever possible. If it is not possible, you will receive a full refund including postage if charged for.
Should you believe that the item received is not as described, a full refund will be given. Note, however, that our stamp catalogues and organisers have locked databases and it is not possible for the end-user to add extra stamp issues etc. In the case of our organisers, licence holders are offered annual updates (see FAQs). Catalogue licence holders are offered subsequent editions at a discounted rate.
If you seek a refund, it will be necessary to contact us within 30 days of purchase date in Australia, and 50 days elsewhere. If the item has been given as a gift, an additional 21 days will apply.
Only the original purchaser can claim, except in the case of a gift where a claim can also be made by the recipient.

We will normally contact you within 24 hours to assist in resolving your difficulty. |
